Comfort Zone Retreats

Three years ago I changed my life.

I had a good job at a good company, but I was antsy. Something wild and untamable within me was asking for more.

And so I started listening to a new question: What do I really want? And so I left the track I was on for untracked and unmapped terrain.

I wish I could say I received immediate answers and a clear heading. But for the most part I found fears, self-doubts, and coping mechanisms. I moved into consulting work, which was filling up my schedule, but I knew it was just another version of the world I had left.

I thought I was making a career shift, but I was actually making a spiritual shift, because I was doing something that my ego didn’t want to do. I was making a commitment to listen to my soul. And that was hard, so I needed new tools…

I invested in myself and doubled down on my interests. I became more committed to my fitness. I made a regular practice of meditation, breathwork, sauna, and ice baths. I learned how to be more secure and loving in relationships. And perhaps most importantly, I spent a lot of time cultivating an amazing community around me.

All of that inner work led me to something I’m super excited about…

This month I’m helping lead a “Comfort Zone Retreat” in Big Bend National Park, Feb 24–27, 2022. The concept is to push beyond our comfort zones mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually by getting close to nature and doing hard things with 30+ badass people.

This retreat is everything I wish I had three years ago when I first wandered into the uncharted territory of my mind. It’s a fast-track to breaking free of old patterns and embracing new possibilities. We will:

🏜 Disconnect from our screens and immerse ourselves in nature.

⛰ Go on amazing, challenging treks.

🌬 Open doors through breathwork, meditation, and personal growth workshops.

🥗 Eat nourishing food.

🏕 Stay in big, six-person yurts.

🫂 Bond with open-minded and courageous people who will support and push you.

If any part of you feels called to learn more, please reach out to me or apply here: http://comfortzoneretreats.com/

Even if you don’t reach out, I hope you can take something away from my path. We all have that inner whisper. And it’s trying to guide us to the life we want.
